You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and labels.
- Be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Include a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a partial refund.
For hygiene and product-quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used, worn, or washed garments.
- Items showing perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective).
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at info@wasza.nl within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and share the return shipping address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable service.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Contact info@wasza.nl to confirm stock availability.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at info@wasza.nl with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll prioritize your case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
- Returns received outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.
- Refunds are only issued after inspection and approval of returned goods.
- WASZA Textiles is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit; please use a reliable courier service.
