At WASZA Textiles, we value your satisfaction.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return process in compliance with Dutch and EU consumer laws.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and labels.
  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Include a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a partial refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used, worn, or washed garments.
  • Items showing perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective).
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@wasza.nl within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and share the return shipping address and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable service.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

4. Refunds
  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Contact info@wasza.nl to confirm stock availability.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request.
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at info@wasza.nl with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll prioritize your case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Important Notes
  • Returns received outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.
  • Refunds are only issued after inspection and approval of returned goods.
  • WASZA Textiles is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit; please use a reliable courier service.
