1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Within Europe
  • We currently ship across the Netherlands and all European countries.
  • Delivery time depends on the destination:
    • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
    • EU countries: 3–7 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
International Shipping

For countries outside Europe, please contact info@wasza.nl before placing your order.
Shipping rates and delivery times will vary by location.

Shipping Costs
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
  • Free shipping may apply during promotional periods (if stated on our website).
Order Tracking
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.
Delays & Customs
  • Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues.
  • WASZA Textiles is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
2. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
  • You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer rights.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used or worn clothing.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Return Process
  1. Email info@wasza.nl within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Our support team will provide return instructions and shipping address.
  4. Once received, we will inspect your return and notify you of the refund status.
Refunds
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact info@wasza.nl to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us immediately at info@wasza.nl with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
