Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Within Europe
- We currently ship across the Netherlands and all European countries.
- Delivery time depends on the destination:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- EU countries: 3–7 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
International Shipping
For countries outside Europe, please contact info@wasza.nl before placing your order.
Shipping rates and delivery times will vary by location.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

Order Tracking

2. Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer rights.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Used or worn clothing.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Return Process
