4. Returns & Refunds
- Customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer legislation.
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued after inspection via the original method of payment.

5. Intellectual Property and Liability
- Intellectual Property: All content on wasza.nl (logos, images, designs, text) is the intellectual property of WASZA Textiles. Copying or distribution without written consent is not permitted.
- Limitation of Liability: WASZA Textiles is not liable for:
- Delays or losses caused by shipping partners.
- Indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use.
- Errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.
